Please advise us of your checkout and arrival dates over the midyear break, to assist with cleaning rosters and staffing - and to ensure your room is ready when you get back!
Rooms are to be tidied and emptied prior to checking out for the Mid-Year Break. Cleaning will be scheduled based on the check-out date you nominate. Check-out at reception or with the after-hours RA on duty, including handing in your key, must be made prior to 10am on the nominated check-out day.
Additional costs may apply if significant mess remains after check-out, if you check-out late, if you do not check-out properly or if you seek to change your check-out date at the last minute.
