New College employs 21 full-time, part-time and casual staff, who support and operate the day to day activities of the Colleges, maintaining a positive and supportive environment for the residents. The staff team also provides first class conference & accommodation facilities.

Professor Trevor Cairney OAM Professor Trevor Cairney OAM is the Chief Executive Officer of New College. His role involves the overall management of New College and New College Village. He also provides leadership in relation to pastoral oversight , academic support, development of New College and the relationship of the College to the Alumni, University and wider community. Professor Cairney is the Director of The Centre for Apologetic Scholarship and Education (CASE), which is a Ministry of New College. Professor Cairney is an Adjunct Professor in the School of Education at UNSW where he continues research and scholarship and supervises postgraduate students. |

Rev Ben Gooley Rev Ben Gooley is responsible for the resident and academic tutorial programs at New College. He oversees the pastoral care and academic support of residents, and co-ordination of the resident advisers and academic tutors. He also leads and coordinates the NC admissions process. Ben lives in the building with his wife, Sue, and their three children. |

Dr John Quinn Dr John Quinn is responsible for the pastoral care of New College Village residents, and co-ordination of the senior residents and academic tutors. He coordinates NCV admissions. Previously he worked for a firm of patent and trade mark attorneys. John is married to Premilla, and they live at NCV. |

Mr Jonathan Billingham Jonathan co-ordinates the College’s marketing, fundraising and the annual New College Lectures. He also maintains the College websites and produces various New College publications. Much of his work is keeping the alumni involved and aware of what is happening among the resident community. |

Dr Dani Scarratt Dani is the Associate Editor of the quarterly publication Case Magazine. CASE equips Christians to understand their faith and talk about it creatively and intelligently. CASE also provides an open, intellectual environment in which non-Christian enquirers and sceptics can seek and obtain meaningful input about the relevance of the Christian faith. |

Mrs Lucille Coleman Lucille is usually the first member of the New College staff that prospective residents will speak with. She processes applications submitted by prospective New College and NCV residents. Prospective residents can question Lucille about the College and the application process and request a tour of the buildings. |

Miss Amy Pratten Miss Amy Pratten has responsibility for the support and development of residents through leading the team of Resident Advisors (RA)s. This care includes coordinating the RA duties and supporting the RAs in carrying out their responsibilities. Amy is currently in her final undergraduate year at UNSW. |

Mr Steve Wasley Mr Steve Wasley is the College's Maintenance Supervisor. His role involves managing the day-to-day programmed maintenance, cleaning and repair programs at New College and NCV. He leads and oversees the College's maintenance staff in their duties. |
