New College Rooms
Guest rooms 
Five self contained guest rooms are available throughout the year. The one bedroom apartment, single and double studios have air conditioning, a kitchenette, ensuite bathroom, study area, ironing facilities, telephone and television. The one bedroom apartment and single studio can be reconfigured into a 2 bedroom apartment for 3 people.
Housekeeping is weekly and bed and bath linen is provided. There are shared laundry facilities in the college and internet access is an additional cost.
The room rates assume a minimum stay of 2 nights.

The one bedroom apartment (G3 - 41.5m2) consists of a separate bedroom, bathroom and living/dining area with kitchen. The bedroom has a queen sized bed, wardrobe, iron, ironing board, desk, desk lamp, desk chair. The living and dining area is furnished with a lounge, television, 6 seater dining table and chairs. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, cooking equipment, cutlery and crockery. The apartment is air conditioned throughout. In room internet access is available at an additional cost (ethernet cable supplied).

Student rooms
The rooms for student accommodation are only available during UNSW session break - at the end of June/July and November to February. The rooms are furnished with a bed, desk, desk lamp, desk chair, telephone and wardrobe. There is weekly housekeeping and bed and bath linen provided. Shared laundry facilities are available and internet access is an additional cost. There is lift access to all levels of the building and alcohol is not permitted within the College.

The single rooms are individually keyed and have a single bed, wardrobe, telephone and study area.
The single rooms are organised in groups of 8 to 10 of the same gender, sharing a single gender bathroom having two showers and two toilets.
There are 8 groups of rooms and 4 common areas on each level of the college. The common areas have lounge seating, a sink and fridge. Internet access is available at an additional cost- common room areas have WiFi and in room internet access requires an ethernet cable (supplied).
