COMMENCEMENT FORMAL DINNER TO INCLUDE ACADEMIC ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

New College will formally congratulate the members of the New College community who were awarded for academic excellence in the recent round of University awards and prizes. For 2007 there were 6 University Medallists and 34 Prize Winners, the largest number for both in the College's 39 year history. The College will also present its own academic awards at the the Commencement formal dinner to be held at New College on Wednesday 19th March 2008. The guest speaker will be UNSW Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) Professor Richard Henry who will hand out the New College awards as well as deliver the keynote commencement address.
