About the NCV - the New College Village development project involves the construction and operation of the New College Village (NCV) at UNSW.  New College has entered into a partnership with the University and Sydney based construction company Lipman, to complete the building of this major new postgraduate residential building on campus.

New College Village building development – great progress being made

With demolition of existing buildings now completed construction of the NCV project has commenced in earnest.  Bulk excavation of the NCV site is completed and foundations commence on Monday 15th October.

New College NCV News Blog

We’ve recently developed and uploaded a NCV News Blog to provide news on the New College Village as its construction proceeds.  This information resource is for the benefit of the New College community including alumni, friends and supporters.  The Blog also answers key questions about the PGV and will give regular updates on its progress.
