Session Fees 2008
Accommodation fees for residents in standard rooms are $5,565 per semester. The fees for an ensuite room are $6,121.50 per semester.

The payment plan
Session One – 1st March to 28th June
- Fee Deposit $1,000 (Payable on acceptance of place at New College)
- Balance $4,565 (Payable on or by Friday 11 April)
Session Two – Dates To Be Confirmed (17 weeks)
- Fee Deposit $1,000 (Payable by Friday 27th June)
- Balance $4,565 (Payable on or by Friday 22nd August)
Other Fees & Charges
- Residence Registration Fee: $100 (new residents only)
- New College Student Association Annual Fee: $150 (TBC)
- O’Week Activity Fee - New Residents (Freshers) Only: $135
For new residents payments are as follows:

Terms & Conditions
The fees listed above are based on the following:
- Please note if you are a prospective future resident you are required to submit a non-refundable Admission fee of $25 with your application.
- UNSW Internet usage is charged at $0.02/mb (rates may change).
- Washing machines cost $1 to use while driers are free.
- Linen is provided on a weekly basis.
- Residents must vacate their rooms and remove all personal items during the mid year break in July or pay the vacation rate fee. Free storage is available.
- Above rates are inclusive of GST where applicable.
