Visiting UNSW or Kensington/Randwick district?  A student requiring accommodation out of session?  Looking for accommodation at UNSW?  During UNSW session breaks, New College located at UNSW in Sydney, can supply affordable university student accommodation. 

New College provides accommodation to guests.  New College can accommodate 240 people in single rooms (some ensuites) for casual budget accommodation. All rooms are supplied with a single bed (with linen including towel), desk, chair, lamp, wardrobe, phone and heating. The single rooms are organised in groups of nine around a lounge area and kitchenette with fridge and sink. Each group shares a single sex bathroom, which has two showers and two toilets.

There are 11 double rooms available at various times throughout the year, with the typical configuration being a sitting room, bedroom and bathroom. The sitting room has a phone for receiving calls and a kitchenette with a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. The Student flats consist of a separate sitting room, bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair.

Over the years New College has been able to provide conference facilities for academic conferences, student educational courses, further educational courses, committee meetings and workshops. We have also provided accommodation to a number of guests including international and interstate academics visiting UNSW, student groups, sporting groups, student exchange programs and attendees of conferences at UNSW.

Group bookings of ten or more people, or guests affiliated with UNSW are entitled to a discount of 10%. Special rates are also offered for HSC students requiring accommodation for scholarship or College interviews prior to admission at UNSW.
