2006 Session 1 Formal Dinner #1

The first Formal Dinner for the year was addressed by UNSW Vice-Chancellor Mark Wainwright who presented academic prizes. Professor Wainwright commented on his affection for New College and hoped he would be asked back even after his retirement at the end of June. Professor Wainwright remarked on the presence of alumni and acknowledged the Freshers saying they had made a smart and wise choice to come to New College.
